Farnborough is situated 35 miles south west of central London and has excellent road communications, via the A331 Blackwater Valley Route 1.5 miles away, giving dual carriage way access to Junction 4 of the M3 to the north and the A303 via the A31 to the south.

In addition, a comprehensive refurbishment of Ascent 4 (60,000 sq ft) was completed in Dec’17, of which 27,000 sq ft has been let to Origen, Trafalgar House Pensions and Pelican Procurement, with a further 11,000 sq ft under offer. Works included an enhancement of the toilet facilities, a remodel and refurbishment of the reception area and a refurbishment of the office accommodation with the addition of new LED lighting.
The redevelopment of Ascent 2, the biggest building of the four totalling 85,000 sq ft, is due to progress in late 2022, following a recent planning application. In addition, the Ascent amenity offer is currently being enhanced following acquisition of additional ancillary buildings to include a new Box café, refurbished fitness studio and a Pavilion restaurant.
