From Enderby, approximately 75-80% of the UK can be reached within a 4-hour drive, given its strategic location and strong transport connections.

DESCRIPTION

The scheme has an outline consent for c.1.2m sq ft of warehouse space which will be delivered to the market during 2026/27. The scheme will consist of 5 industrial / distribution buildings targeting a BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ rating.
