Robert joined Canmoor in April 2025 and is part of the Investment Management team, responsible for underwriting and financial reporting to our partners. Prior to this, he spent over two years at Real Asset Management in Brisbane, Australia, focusing on the retail and medical sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance, from Griffith University

Richard is an MRICS qualified Cost and Project Manager with over 25 years experience in the industry having worked with leading consultancies including Jacobs and JLL. Richard has a proven track record of successfully delivering new build and refurbishment developments for our clients.

James is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 5 years experience within the commercial, logistical and educational sectors, undertaking technical due diligence, dilapidations, monitoring and contract administration roles. 

Greg is a project director with over 25 years' experience in the residential, commercial and industrial sectors with specialist renewable, sustainability and building services engineering skills.

Will joined Canmoor in November 2025. He previously spent over 2 years at Aberdeen as an asset manager working across various commercial sectors and 4 years at Knight Frank where he worked in the National Offices Capital Markets team. Will holds a BSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading and is MRICS qualified.

Ollie joined Canmoor in September 2025, having graduated with a BSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading. He is part of the development team with a focus on logistics warehousing. 

Marcus is a Chartered Surveyor with over 10 years’ experience having previously worked for Deloitte, CLS Holdings and a private investment office. He runs the Investment Management team at Canmoor with responsibility for investment underwriting, management of third-party debt and financial reporting to our Partners.

Ony is a Chartered Building Surveyor who has worked in a number of sectors including commercial, retail, leisure, defence, education and residential. As a result driven individual, he achieved a first class honours degree in Building Surveying.

Russell Peters MRICS joined Canmoor Projects having been a Director of Tweeds for the previous 20 years. He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 25 years experience in Construction and Development.

Tom Hawthorn FRICS is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 25 years experience in the Construction and Project Management sector. Tom has worked with and advised leading property companies and institutions on all aspects of building and procurement.

Sean is an asset manager with over 25 years’ experience having previously worked at LaSalle IM and the co-op. Sean’s primary role is to ensure that Canmoor’s business plans are implemented across all client portfolios. Sean also works closely with in house investment and asset management teams to support their sustainability requirements. Sean joined Canmoor in 2023 and is MRICS qualified.

James joined the Manchester office in July 2025 as an Asset Manager, focusing on the industrial, logistics, and office sectors. He brings substantial real estate expertise, having held positions within the Transactions and Asset Management division of a leading Manchester consultancy and with a prominent Cheshire-based PBSA and BTR developer. Prior to transitioning into real estate, James held senior commercial positions in the online retail sector. He holds a BSc from Cardiff University and an MSc in Real Estate from Sheffield Hallam University.

Mike has overall responsibility for our Asset and Investment Management. Mike has strong relationships with many key occupiers and advisors and collaborates closely with our Partners to create and implement stretching business plans which deliver superior investment returns, alongside high-quality reporting and detailed ESG strategies. Mike has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 25 years, having held senior roles at JLL, Morley Fund Management and Aviva Investors, Mike is MRICS qualified.

Gregor joined Canmoor with over thirty years’ experience working for a number of UK property investment and development companies both in Scotland and London.  He is based at Westway Park and will assist with the asset management of the Scottish portfolio as well as helping to source new opportunities.

Gregor has a degree in Land Economics and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1988.

Tom Hughes is a qualified chartered surveyor with over 18 years’ experience in the industrial sector, having previously worked as an industrial agent at Strutt & Parker. Tom is focused on the development of industrial / warehouse schemes in the UK. Tom has an MSc from Birmingham University and an MA in Real Estate from Kingston University

Rob has over 20 years’ experience in Industrial & Warehousing Asset Management and Development having graduated from the University of Reading in 1999 with a 2.1 in Land Management and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2001. Prior to joining Canmoor in 2008, Rob spent seven years with FTSE 100 listed investor and developer SEGRO.

Anju joined Canmoor as a Financial Controller and looks after the groups accounting function. Anju has over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance in various industries.

Cienna joined Canmoor in April 2024, with a wealth of experience in Personal Assistance, Human Resources, and Office Management. Focusing on maintaining smooth operations within the office, Cienna is responsible for supporting all staff by managing schedules, meetings, events and all administrative tasks.

Dee is our Telemarketing Representative for Canmoor, liaising with businesses nationally to generate interest and viewings in buildings and design and build projects which are available in the company portfolio. 

Tom has over 16 years’ experience in Logistics and multi-let Industrial Asset Management and Development, having graduated from the University of the West of England in 2008, qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer in 2010. Prior to joining Canmoor, Tom spent 6 years with King Sturge LLP & JLL.

Dave Travis is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and leads Canmoor’s Manchester office; with over 18 years experience in development, strategic land promotion, regeneration & asset/investment management across multiple sectors throughout the Midlands & North of England, Scotland & Wales.  At Canmoor, Dave is responsible for the identification and development of new industrial/warehouse schemes and the acquisition, asset management and disposal of investment properties throughout the UK.  Prior to joining Canmoor, Dave has held senior roles at Tritax Big Box Developments, Harworth Group and Hargreaves Land

Jules founded the Canmoor Group in 2005. He is responsible for Group Strategy as well as collaborating with key partners. Jules is focused on development as well as key asset management initiatives. A chartered surveyor for 30 years, Jules has worked with leading UK Institutions, Sovereign Wealth Funds and Private Equity partners to deliver outperformance and Award-winning property solutions.

Fergus joined Canmoor in April 2024 and is part of the asset management team focusing on the industrial / logistics, life science and office sectors. Prior to joining Canmoor, he spent over 2 years working as a leasing agent based in the Thames Valley focusing on office and industrial sectors. He holds a BA (hons) from Durham University and an Msc in Real Estate at Northumbria University. 

Esther joined Canmoor in May 2025 with a year of experience in the quantity surveying sector. She supports the directors, asset managers, and the wider team across a range of administrative tasks.

Nick joined Canmoor in July 2013 and has over 15 years’ experience in the warehouse / logistics, life science and office sectors. Nick specialises in sales and acquisitions, investment strategy and asset management. Nick holds an MSc in Real Estate Finance from Reading University and is MRICS qualified.

Will joined Canmoor in September 2025 and has over 11 years’ experience in capital markets across multiple commercial sectors, having previously spent six years in M&G Real Estate’s Investment team. Will specialises in acquisitions, sales, and investment strategy. Will is MRICS qualified.
